Natalia Mendez has a bachelor’s degree in Early Care and Education and is certified in the Outdoor Classroom Project, Preventive Health & Safety, Pediatric CPR & First Aid, Trauma Informed Care, Dual Language Learning, California Collaborative on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (California CSEFEL), Creating Brave Spaces: Disrupting Implicit Bias, and is a Trauma Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner. With over 14 years of teaching children zero - five and several years coaching licensed sites in high-quality early learning environments and best practices, Natalia’s life passion is to provide the highest quality services and supports to children and their families during the most vital years of brain development! Natalia is a mother to six children and a grandmother to one grandson. She is excited to be in the service of children, families, and team members at WINGS Preschool at First Christian Church, and she hopes to have positive, long-lasting impact for His glory.
